Shenandoah Fish & Game Protective Association

* All members are to understand fully and completely, the By-Laws, Rules & Regulations of the Association. By-Law, Rules & Regulations booklets are available in the club house at no charge. Members no of the area, may request a copy via the mail or review same at this website.

* Regular meetings are held on the third Monday of the month (or as posted) at 7:00pm in the club house.

* Members are required to notify the Association of any change of address. It is not a defence should Association legal notices be sent to the address on record and is not valid.

* Junior members are required to notify the Association when they turn 18 years of age. At that time membership status will be upgraded to regular or ladies. There is no initiation required for such as change over.

* Member buttons are required to be worn while hunting or fishing on Association property. Violators are to be reported to an officer, trustee or Fish & Game committee member.

* Social members have club house privilages only. They are not permitted to hunt or fish on Association property. They are not permitted to reserve the picnic grove.

* Members are to check with the club house bulletin board to determine if new or additional rules apply to activities conducted on Association property.

This is a fraternal orgainization. All members are to cooperate with each other. Disputes are to be resolved without arguement, threats or fighting. Differances of opinion are to be respected.

Hold Harmless Agreement:

There are potential hazards associated with being on Association property. Members engage in activities which may cause injury or worse. In order to operate this Association, each and every member agrees to hold the Association harmless both legally and financially.

Members release for themselves, heirs, legal representatives and assigns the Association and each and all of it's members from any and all claims, lawsuits or liability for bodily injury, death, or financial loss or destruction of property, and any expenses and/or liabilitites related to or arising directly or indirectly from or out of my and/or my guests use of the Association grounds, club house or other facilities.

This membership agreement, as condition of memebership, has legal significance and substance and that by agreeing to this, will be surrendering potentially valuable legal rights. A member agees to assume full and complete risk and responsibility, including financial, and including legal fees paid by the Association in order to enforce and/or defend this agreement with the member.
