Follow the progress of the 2014 club house improvement project.

Pages were updated as the project progressed from September to December.

Items addressed were; removal of siding, replacement of all windows and doors.

The second story window on left (above picture) was eliminated.

To the left (of the current kitchen extension) an "eclosure" was built around the restrooms. In the future both rest rooms will be remodled and updated.

The back door and windows were replaced (as with all outside doors and windows)

First floor windows (at porch) was replaced.

The front door was replaced. As to code; the replacement door now swings "outward". In addition; an illuminated "EXIT" sign will be installed above the inside of the door and emergency lighting installed on the outside (porch) of the door.

The old front entrance (no logner in use) was retained and a replacement door installed.

The side door (pool table / social room) outside door was replaced and will swing outwards to code. An illuminated EXIT sign will be installed above the inside and emergency ligthing on the outside.

 Porch ceiling was replaced.

A stone facade was installed in the porch area by Steve Motil. Steve volunteered his time for this part of the project.

the kitchen exhaust fan had to be raised and turned due to the new rear roof alignment.
